The entry fee for the 2025 race includes the following attributes, which are listed in the RACE INFO.
Participants and volunteers of the previous year have priority right to register for the following year.
For the 2025 edition, exactly 111 racers used this (38 for the northern and 73 for the southern route).

Thus, 229 starting places will be available for online registration (132 northern and 97 southern routes). Already during registration, we take a learned percentage of competitors in addition due to subsequent de-registrations. The capacity of the plant is currently set to 170 seats on the northern route and 170 seats on the southern route.

The registration form will appear automatically after the end of the deduction right here below on the page, then just start filling it out. 

After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail informing you whether you have been registered or included among the substitutes. If you are included among the substitutes, we will contact you afterwards. Please take special care of your e-mail box, including all its subfolders, i.e. SPAM and BULK MAIL. At the same time, you will see your order during registration below on the page in the "REGISTERED COMPETITORS" section. The form contains the following values: FIRST NAME, SURNAME, E-MAIL, NATIONALITY, STREET, CITY, ZIP CODE, COUNTRY, TELEPHONE, DATE OF BIRTH, DISCIPLINE (MTB, SCOOTER, WALKER/RUNNER, TANDEM), ROUTE (500 MILES NORTH, 1000 MILES NORTH , 1000 MILES SOUTH, 2000 MILES SOUTH), CATEGORY (MAN UNDER 50, MAN 50+, WOMAN UNDER 50, WOMAN 50+) - within the category, the date of birth is decisive. In the case of birth before June 29, 1975, this is the "50+" category. In the case of birth from 30.6.1975, this is the "UNDER 50" category.

registration process - DETAILS

Decisive for admission to the race will be the order of acceptance of correctly completed registration via the application form, see above on this page.

The form must be filled out correctly and completely, you cannot just write abbreviations and then ask for additions or corrections, etc. 

After filling out the form, you will receive an e-mail with information on whether you have been registered for the race or are among the substitutes. Please, please, be especially careful with your e-mail, including all its subs, i.e. SPAM and BULK MAIL. We will contact you further if you are included among the substitutes. At the same time, you will see the list of registered competitors above here on the page.

It is not allowed to register one competitor more than once. Each competitor has the opportunity to register only once. If the name of one of the competitors appears more than once among those registered, he will be automatically excluded from registration.

Participants and volunteers of the previous year have the right to register first. Priority registration takes place during the Afterparty after the previous year. 

The absolute winner of any year can apply out of order, but no later than one month before the start.

The registration form contains the following values: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, E-MAIL, NATIONALITY, STREET, CITY, ZIP CODE, COUNTRY, TELEPHONE, DATE OF BIRTH, DISCIPLINE (MTB, SCOOTER, WALKER/RUNNER, TANDEM), ROUTE (500 MILES NORTH, 500 MILES SOUTH, 1000 MILES NORTH, 1000 MILES SOUTH, 2000 MILES SOUTH), CATEGORY (MAN UNDER 50, MAN 50+, WOMAN UNDER 50, WOMAN 50+) - within the category, the date of birth is the determining factor. In the case of birth before June 29, 1975, this is the "50+" category. In the case of birth from 30.6.1975, this is the "UNDER 50" category.

Route selection

Within the form, you will have the option of choosing a "preferred route". 

We will take applications in the order in which they are entered in the list of applications and will take into account the selected route

If one of the routes fills up, we will contact the other registrants in order with an offer to complete the other route

If they refuse, the place is made available to the next "below the line" in the order.

The route cannot be changed subsequently, the application is binding in this regard!

In case of technical problems, if it was not possible to evaluate the order of registrations, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the process and announce a new registration date.

Payment of entry fee

Payment is made via bank transfer, payment instructions will be sent to successful registrants in the confirmation email after registration. ATTENTION Just completing the registration form on time is not a confirmation of registration for the race. We only accept the payment of the entry fee as confirmation to the race.

It is not possible to transfer registration to another person, or another year, etc.
Payment of the entry fee must be made no later than January 5, 2025. If this does not happen, we will offer the place to the next applicant in the order.

Cancellation fees

In the event of withdrawal by a competitor, they are:

• until 3/31 - 20% of the total entry fee
• until 30 April – 40% of the total entry fee
• until 5/31 – 60% of the total entry fee
• from 1 June - 100% of the total entry fee

In the event that the race cannot take place, for example, due to a government regulation or other unforeseeable external influence, an alternative solution will be offered (new race date, transfer of registration to the next year, etc.).
